Responsible for the success of Undergrounds Coffeehouse and its cause, conceptualizing and executing clear vision and direction of Undergrounds Coffeehouse as a business and a ministry by cultivating an irresistible environment, facilitating outstanding community events, and generating overwhelming support and involvement in worthy, life changing causes.

Baristas

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are fueled and energized by changing lives. We have barista positions open for people who care deeply about other people and geek out about coffee. You will invest your heart and your skill set at Undergrounds and Real Life Church, and we will invest in you. Exceptional communication skills are a must, as is a willingness to work as a team. Being team-oriented includes practicing flexibility, understanding, and positivity.
